Omasi Collection mainly sends orders via the Finnish Post Service, in some cases when the order goes outside of Finland or depending on the size we might use other Parcel Delivery Providers. Currently, we only mail products to countries in the European Union.

Mailing time means the time it takes for the product to have been set ready for mailing and when it arrives to you. It does not include the production time. All the packages arrive in an envelope that should fit all domestic mailboxes.

For Finland, we offer Standard and Express mail with tracking as delivery options. Standard mail takes up to 2-3 business days and it also includes tracking of your shipping.  

For the rest of the EU countries, we offer Standard Priority mail that can take up to 3-4 days business days

Omasi Collection aims to reduce its carbon footprint, all the emissions are compensated via the Plant program from every order.

Omasi Collection products are made to order and we guarantee a maximum of 7 business days of production time plus the shipping time. 

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you haven’t received your order after 7 business days from your shipping notification, please contact us at omasi.korut@gmail.com. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Claims for lost or stolen packages may be submitted through the "Post" delivery service provider.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at omasi.korut@gmail.com if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you notice there was an error in your order, e.g. you notice typing your personalisation wrong and you see this on the order confirmation letter received by email, please reach out to us within 24hrs of your order being made at omasi.korut@gmail.com so we can adjust your order accordingly.

You can choose to pay using Credit Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Shopify Payments). Klarna payment methods are also available, or with PayPal. 

You can pay with the following payment methods:

  • All major credit cards (via Shopify Payments)
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay (via Shopify Payments)
  • Klarna
  • PayPal

If a payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form, and card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.

Always store your Omasi bracelet in dry and non-direct sunlight when not using it. The bracelets are waterproof but we recommend not wearing them in Sauna, shower or pool, and avoid exposing them to lotions and perfumes to maintain their shine. To clean, use a humid wipe, or a microfiber cleaner. Always roll the bracelets on and off the wrist, never pull or stretch.  

The Omasi Collection bracelets use natural stones, 14K Gold filled, Sterling Silver and 14K Rose Gold coated Sterling Silver. 14K Gold and Sterling Silver are tarnish-free, but the Rose Gold plated beads may wear off over time.

Important note, letter beads are subject to fading over time. 

In the Omasi Collection bracelets, there is no limit to how many letters you can have on a bracelet (Eila, Ania).

The Omasi Collection Hairpins have a limit of up to 7 letters, sometimes 8 depending on the letters used. For example, if the name contains 8 letters but has “slim” letters like “I”, it is likely to fit. If in doubt, please reach out to us at omasi.korut@gmail.com to make sure.

We currently offer bracelets in sizes that fit most wrists. Our standard sizes are:

  • For women: 17.5 cm
  • For men: 20 cm
  • Kids: 13 cm

If you need a smaller size, we can do that at request. In this case please send us an email at omasi.korut@gmail.com

To know which size is best for you, simply measure your wrist with a measuring tape and add 1 cm extra on top. Eg. your wrist is 15 cm and add 1cm to get a 16cm long bracelet. If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can always take lace or similar, measure the length of it around your wrist and with a ruler check how long the lace is.
